Refund and Return Policy

At PokeEnchant, we want every collector to feel confident when shopping with us. Your satisfaction matters, and we’ll do our best to make sure your experience is smooth and enchanting.


Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unopened, sealed, and in original condition (for booster packs, boxes, and sealed products).
  • Opened trading card products, single cards, and digital items are non-returnable due to the nature of collectibles.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

 Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, you’ll get an email notification.
  • If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where we made an error.

Exchanges

  • We replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  • To request an exchange, email us at support@pokeenchant.com with your order number and photos of the issue.

Damaged or Missing Items

  • If your order arrives damaged or with missing items, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • We’ll quickly resolve the issue with a replacement, partial refund, or store credit.

 Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened packs, boxes, and single trading cards
  • Gift cards and digital downloads
  • Clearance or final-sale items

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at support@pokeenchant.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We’ll send instructions for shipping your return.
  3. Once received and approved, we’ll process your refund or exchange.
