Returns
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be unopened, sealed, and in original condition (for booster packs, boxes, and sealed products).
- Opened trading card products, single cards, and digital items are non-returnable due to the nature of collectibles.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, you’ll get an email notification.
- If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where we made an error.
Exchanges
- We replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
- To request an exchange, email us at support@pokeenchant.com with your order number and photos of the issue.
Damaged or Missing Items
- If your order arrives damaged or with missing items, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- We’ll quickly resolve the issue with a replacement, partial refund, or store credit.

- Clearance or final-sale items
